Before I started I was worried that I wasn't going to be fit enough and was intimidated by the thought of going to a gym. I soon felt part of the community and within a month I'd dropped a dress size and could see a visible difference. My favorite thing at MM Fitness is the number of classes I can attend. Being a busy parent means I cant stick to one time. If I find that the kids are running late then I can always make a different time."
