Here's How It Works

The initial offer is four weeks
We ask you to attend a minimum of three sessions a week

You will be weight and measured at the beginning of the course and monitored throughout.

Within that four weeks most of our clients lose between 8lbs-14lbs and up to 2 inches from their waist

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No, we can assess you and work up from whatever fitness level you perceive to have

What equipment do I need to bring?

No equipment needed. Just wear comfortable clothes and trainers
